Transforming Leadership works in close cooperation with partner organisations and their stakeholders, including faculty, prospective leaders, leaders in training, alumni conducting projects for the poor, and community leaders and elders associated with those projects.

Evidence of success is demonstrated by:

  1. Targeting partner organisations who are able to find potential leaders capable of undergoing relevant training. They monitor their progress and ensure the outcomes are qualifications recognised and respected by leadership in the countries and their local communities.
  2. Assessing the inputs and outputs of the projects in terms of how they complement each other as change occurs.
  3. Mapping and measuring the outcomes and changes in order to determine their value in making future financial decisions.
  4. Utilising the evaluation process from the social return on investment model to assess the training of all leaders and to review the projects and enterprises.
